(1) The Government of Nepal, the State Government or the local level may establish and operate a well-equipped model school or a specialized school or a mobile school or any other special type of school.
(2) Schools opened or operated in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be established with the permission of the government of the level in which they are opened.
(3) Schools opened or operated in accordance with sub-section (1) shall meet the standards prescribed by the prevailing law.
